Payment and Shipping


We accept Bank Transfers as payment. This includes Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and In Bank Electronic Transfers.

We do not accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash Deposits, Cash or Cheques. If you would like to pay using one of these methods please send us an email and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Collection with cash is available from our offices in Boksburg, Gauteng but only with prior arrangement. No cash or cash deposits will be accepted on Krugerrands, Bars and Medallions.

Products will only be shipped once payment has cleared our bank account. We reserve the right to extend clearance periods. The minimum clearance period is one South African business day.

All prices include the applicable Tax.


Krugerrands,gold, platinum and palladium products can only be shipped to South African addresses.

Customers must ensure that any products shipped to their specified address in no way violates any laws.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the delivery method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Shipping Options

1.Insured Shipping: Parcel is dispatched via insured courier to the specified address. Please select the 'Ship by Order Total' option at check out. The shipping total will be displayed next to this option.

2.Collection: Collection from one of our offices is available after payment clearance. Where clients choose to collect from our offices, please select the 'Collect' option at check out. If you have arranged with to deliver to you, please select the 'Collect' option.

3.Safekeeping: Safekeeping facilities are available. There is no charge for this service. Safekeeping is fully insured. Please select the 'Safekeeping' option at check out.

If you are unsure or will decide at a later time, please select the 'Safekeeping' option. Your items will be placed into safekeeping until you let us know how you would like to take delivery.

Delivery periods depend on various factors such as location and may be influenced by weekends and public holidays. While we will endeavour to ship as fast as possible there may be delays due to factors outside of our control such as strike action and manufacturing delays.
